My Role
For InterPark PreFlight Airport Parking, I function as the conduit between C-suite executives and cross-functional teams, delivering data-driven solutions from inception to launch. I lead projects as the product owner for eCommerce web, iOS/Android native apps, internal operations systems, and onsite point-of-sale technology.
The Objective
PreFlight Airport Parking wanted to increase the adoption rate of the 2015 release of their scan-and-go parking pass for signed-up members and simultaneously increase customer transactions in their native iOS and Android app. From user research and feedback, I determined that the parking pass had unclear benefits to consumers and was positioned poorly in the app.

Proposed Solution
A complete app redesign from top to bottom focused on refactoring the scan-and-go parking pass coupled with enhanced features for the customer parking experience.

The team and I assumed that by bringing the member scan-and-go parking pass to the initial home screen for signed-in members with clear, detailed parking pass benefits and adding a new dedicated sign-up flow to receive the parking pass, we would see an increase in adoption rate and product usage.
